At REVA, we are proud of what we have achieved for our clients…

The performance figures below are for properties syndicated by REVA.  They show how these properties have performed under our management as compared to the original projections which were created at the time these properties were syndicated (from two to five years ago).

The numbers shown are aggregate numbers – for both the PPM Projections and the Actual Performance the numbers cover the period from the acquisition/syndication of the property through to the end of the measurement period (December 31, 2010 in this instance).   It is remarkable, and even more so in the current economic environment, to consistently meet or exceed projections which are now three to six years old – remember these forecasts were developed back when the properties were originally syndicated. Take a look at the Cash on Cash Returns:  These are all significantly above where we forecast them to be – on average we are beating projection by approximately 13% across the portfolio.

We attribute these successes to our attention to detail; to the focus we place on our tenants.  The PPM Projections assumed that we would renew 75% of the tenants in each property.  By being tenant focused we have exceeded those projections and have, therefore, minimized the need to expend large sums of capital for tenant improvements and leasing commissions.  The reduced need for capital frees up cash that is now available to our investors – this makes for healthy assets and happy clients!
